Luxury Homes Project Manager

Manage all aspects of luxury home construction projects, from initial planning to final completion. Collaborate with architects, designers, and clients to ensure project requirements are clearly defined and met. Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and progress reports. Oversee subcontractors and vendors to ensure high standards of workmanship and timeliness. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes throughout the project lifecycle. Identify and resolve potential challenges to keep projects on track and within budget. Build and maintain strong client relationships through consistent communication and updates. Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and deliver exceptional results.

A successful Luxury Homes - Project Manager should have :

  • A strong background in managing high-end residential construction projects up to $5M+
  • Knowledge of construction practices, safety regulations, and building codes.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to work with clients and teams effectively.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software (Procore, Bluebeam, etc.)
