Administrative Secretary Day / Residential

FLSA : Non-exempt

Reports To : Director of Day & Residential Services

Physical requirements : Normal Office Environment

Hours of Work : Full time, Monday thru Friday, 37.5 hours per week, 8 : 30 am 4 : 30 pm, overtime as needed.

Pay Rate : $16.81 - $22.92 per hour

Job Summary : Ensure submission of and track all supporting documentation of billing documents. Verify that data is correct and communicate any concerns to the Director. Track key operational components such as property leases, fire drill and bi-monthly completion. Provide administrative supports to the Director.

Job Qualifications

• High school diploma / GED.
• Experience in an office environment preferred.
• Must possess excellent word processing, typing, and general office skills.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Must be able to relate well to the general public and the individuals we support.
• Must be able to read, write and speak the English language.
• Valid NYS Driver's license that meets agency standards and reliable transportation.
