Job Requirements :

• Previous experience working with children, preferably in a classroom setting
• Knowledge of childhood development principles and best practices
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to create and implement engaging lesson plans
• Familiarity with early intervention strategies and techniques
• Passion for working with young learners and helping them reach their full potential
• Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and parents / guardians
• 12 ECE units
• Related AA / BS
• AMS or AMI Montessori certification or 2+ years experience working in a Montessori classroom.
