The Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing general maintenance, repair, and upkeep of apartment homes and community facilities with minimal supervision. This role ensures that work orders, make-readies, and preventative maintenance tasks are completed efficiently, safely, and to Elevation's quality standards.

WHAT WILL I DO?

• Collaborate with the Property Manager to maintain the property's physical condition according to company and safety standards.
• Complete work orders, unit turns, preventative maintenance, and grounds upkeep on schedule.
• Diagnose and repair standard maintenance issues, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and appliance-related concerns.
• Assist in organizing and prioritizing service requests, make-readies, and maintenance projects.
• Ensure vacant units are made rent-ready within established timelines and budgetary guidelines.
• Communicate effectively with residents, vendors, and team members to ensure positive relationships and professional service.
• Support special projects and capital improvements as directed by the Maintenance Supervisor or Property Manager.
