job_description.job_card.job_descriptionElectrical Engineering degree (or equivalent) Minimum of 2 years of patent prosecution experience USPTO registration or eligibility to register Admission to a U.S. Bar and in good standing (or eligible to waive in) Strong academic credentials and communication skills Deep knowledge of 5G, Wi-Fi, wireless technologies, AI, processor / memory systems, image processing, and RF front-end Draft and prosecute patent applications in advanced technology domains Liaise with clients to develop and manage IP portfolios Contribute to strategic growth of the firm’s IP practice Collaborate across offices and practice groups on global matters Demonstrate initiative and leadership in client engagement and portfolio development Experience in autonomous vehicles, robotics, NLP, wireless communications, or computer vision Familiarity with emerging AI technologies and digital transformation trends Proven ability to manage complex patent portfolios and cross-border matters
