Requirements & Qualifications
Electrical Engineering degree (or equivalent)Minimum of 2 years of patent prosecution experienceUSPTO registration or eligibility to registerAdmission to a U.S. Bar and in good standing (or eligible to waive in)Strong academic credentials and communication skillsDeep knowledge of 5G, Wi-Fi, wireless technologies, AI, processor / memory systems, image processing, and RF front-endMust Haves
Draft and prosecute patent applications in advanced technology domainsLiaise with clients to develop and manage IP portfoliosContribute to strategic growth of the firm’s IP practiceCollaborate across offices and practice groups on global mattersDemonstrate initiative and leadership in client engagement and portfolio developmentPreferred Background & Skills
Experience in autonomous vehicles, robotics, NLP, wireless communications, or computer visionFamiliarity with emerging AI technologies and digital transformation trendsProven ability to manage complex patent portfolios and cross-border matters
