Atlas International Logistics GA is seeking a Warehouse Packer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess the following core responsibilities :

Core Responsibilities :

1. Order Picking :

Accurately read pick tickets or utilize handheld scanners to locate items.

Retrieve products from shelves, bins, or racks in accordance with order specifications.

Verify the correct item number, quantity, and quality prior to packing.

2. Packing Orders :

Carefully package items using appropriate materials (bubble wrap, boxes, etc.) to prevent damage.

Label packages accurately for shipping (barcodes, destination information).

Ensure that all necessary documentation (packing slip, invoice) is included.

3. Quality Control :

Inspect items for any signs of damage, defects, or discrepancies.

Report any issues to supervisors or inventory control personnel.

4. Inventory Support :

Assist with cycle counts and stock checks as required.

Restock picking areas with inventory as directed.

5. Shipping Preparation :

Seal boxes and stage them for pickup.

Scan packages into the system for tracking purposes.

Coordinate with the shipping team or couriers for outgoing deliveries.

6. General Warehouse Duties :

Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Adhere to safety guidelines and promptly report any potential hazards.

Utilize basic warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, carts, etc.) safely and responsibly.
