Dental Hygienist | $41.00 / hr. | Monday – Friday, 7 AM – 3 PM | Temporary | Houston, TX 77002

Job Description :

Join a community outreach project providing preventative dental services to children through school-based initiatives. This temporary role will focus on delivering oral health education, performing dental hygiene procedures, and supporting project outreach efforts in various Houston-area locations.

Responsibilities :

  • Provide preventative dental hygiene services, including sealant placement and patient education
  • Deliver outreach services at schools and community sites across Houston
  • Maintain accurate patient records in compliance with health department standards
  • Ensure equipment is cleaned, sterilized, and maintained properly
  • Collaborate with project staff to support program objectives

    • Qualifications and Requirements :

  • Current Texas Dental Hygiene License and annual registration certificate required
  • At least 1 year of recent chairside clinical dental hygiene experience within the past 3 years
  • Ability to place dental sealants
  • Valid Texas Driver’s License and ability to travel to various project locations
  • Must be current on vaccinations (TB skin test, immunization review, and blood work required during onboarding)
