Substitute Secretaries Needed

Precision HR Solutions is partnered with the South Allegheny School District and searching for "Substitute Secretaries" to help fill in for school secretaries and administrative assistants during the 2025-2026 school year. If the candidates are already working part-time, these positions can often help fill in the gaps in the candidates' schedules. If the candidate is looking for full-time work, there may be temporary, full-time opportunities available to help cover a staff member's vacation(s) or leaves of absences. Otherwise, the best way to work full-time hours would be to consider adding substitute work in another nearby school district, such as West Mifflin Area or West Jefferson Hills.

Pay Rate : $14-$15 per hour (depending on the district)

Clearances required within the last year :

• PA Criminal Background Check
• PA Child Abuse Clearance
• FBI fingerprints through the Dept. of Education
• Act 126 Clearance (online Mandated Reporter training)
• Arrest / Conviction Record form (Act 24) and Act 168 clearance (Precision will provide these forms for the candidates to complete)
