Director of Business Development

Hospital for Behavioral Medicine – Worcester, MA

Full-Time | Day Shift

Salary : $90,000 – $110,000 annually

As a key member of our senior leadership team, the Director of Business Development will lead strategic growth initiatives, refine our business development plan, and foster relationships that support our mission of compassionate behavioral healthcare.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop and implement strategic business development plans.
  • Collaborate with the CEO and senior leadership to drive growth.
  • Manage media relations and key referral accounts.
  • Analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Build partnerships with healthcare providers, managed care organizations, and community stakeholders.

What We're Looking For :

  • Bachelor's degree in behavioral health, marketing, business administration, or related field (Master's preferred).
  • Minimum 5 years of healthcare business development experience.
  • Proven success in managed care agreements and strategic planning.
  • Valid driver's license required.
