Johnson-Laux Construction is seeking a very experienced Project Superintendent to join our Team in North Carolina.

We are a Commercial General Contractor with a client base of Public and Private entities including new construction as well as renovations. Clients include Airports, Hospitals, Colleges / Universities, K-12 Schools, Cities, Counties, Parks, Hospitality, Military, and Office.

Candidates Must Possess knowledge and experience in both Renovation and New Construction projects.

Preferred that Candidates also possess :

IDIQ, J.O.C., MACC, MATOC continuing service contract experience.

Government Project Experience.

Must Have Excellent communication skills

Must Have Excellent Customer Services Skills

Must be organized

Must be able to interact professionally with our clients, architects, engineers, and the general public

Must be able to look ahead and forecast

Must be an excellent planner

Must be motivated and driven

Self Starters are an absolute must!

Must have Valid Driver License

Must be able to pass a criminal Background Check

Requirements

Military Base & Government Construction Experience Strongly Preferred

Minimum 5 years Experience managing commercial construction projects

Commercial General Contractor Construction Knowledge and Experience

Computer Proficient

Outstanding Communication Skills (written and Oral)

Good Grammar

Excellent Spelling

Good Driving Record

Must Pass Criminal Background Check

Friendly

Take Charge Personality

Motivated Self Starter

Excellent Knowledge of the State of SC

Ability to nurture relationships

Excellent Blueprint Reading skills
