Timken’s Aurora Bearing facility is hiring a Warehouse & Logistics Materials Specialist. We’ll train you on the job and support your growth. Starting pay : $17.50–$19.00 per hour, depending on experience.

What is the schedule?

Day shift, Monday–Friday, 7 : 00 a.m. – 3 : 30 p.m.

What will I actually do?

  • Protect every part : Package and label products accurately for safe handling and correct identification.
  • Keep materials moving : Operate forklifts, trucks, and power pallet lifters to transport items throughout the plant.
  • Support inbound / outbound flow : Load and unload vehicles and store materials in designated locations.
  • Connect with local partners : Help deliver parts to nearby vendors and receive incoming shipments.
  • Own the count : Perform cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy.
  • Document the work : Read, interpret, and complete production forms.
  • Be close to the action : Work around sawing, turning, and grinding operations.

What do I need to qualify?

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Mechanical aptitude and comfort with shop math
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
  • Strong communicator with co-workers, suppliers, and plant leaders
  • Valid driver’s license and insurance

  • Packaging experience
  • Meets physical requirements of the role
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment

    • What equipment will I use?

  • Forklifts and other powered industrial equipment; exposure to sawing, turning, and grinding machinery
