Salary : $90,000 – $120,000 + Benefits

We are a premier luxury residential contractor specializing in the construction of ultra-high-end homes across the Hamptons, with projects typically exceeding $20 million in value. We’re looking for an Assistant Project Manager to join our growing team and play an integral role in delivering some of the region’s most exceptional private residences.

As an Assistant Project Manager, you’ll support the day-to-day management of large-scale residential construction projects, working closely with Project Managers, Site Superintendents, architects, designers, and clients. You’ll help ensure each project runs smoothly, on schedule, and to the uncompromising standards our clients expect.

Key Responsibilities :

• Assist in managing all phases of luxury residential construction projects ($20M+).
• Support with project scheduling, budgeting, and subcontractor coordination.
• Review and track project documentation including drawings, RFIs, and submittals.
• Maintain clear communication among architects, designers, engineers, and site teams.
• Monitor progress and assist with problem-solving to keep projects on track.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and building standards.
