Your Role as a Physical Therapist (PT, DPT, RPT) :

As a Physical Therapist in Home Health, you will :

  • Assess Patient Needs : Evaluate functional status, mobility, endurance, and pain to determine care needs.
  • Collaborate with Physicians : Assist in developing personalized therapy plans based on your assessments.
  • Monitor Progress : Observe and report patient responses to treatment, communicating any changes to the supervising nurse or physician.
  • Provide Treatment : Implement interventions to relieve pain, restore function, and maintain maximum patient functioning.
  • Educate and Inform : Guide patients, families, and healthcare team members about the care plan and progress toward goals.

    • Licensure Requirements :

  • Current Physical Therapy licensure in the state of MA.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • A valid driver's license, vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle.
