Job Description The Registered Nurse will provide care in the MS / Tele specialty, attending to adult and geriatric patients with a variety of medical and surgical diagnoses. The RN will be responsible for comprehensive patient monitoring, including cardiac monitoring and emergency response, while utilizing Epic for charting and documentation. The RN is expected to work collaboratively within an interdisciplinary team, involving services such as IV teams, physical therapy, and respiratory services to ensure optimal patient care.

Responsibilities Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.

Monitor and record patient vital signs and clinical data.

Provide wound care and manage isolation precautions.

Educate patients and families regarding care plans and health management.

Manage IV therapy, including starting and maintaining intravenous lines.

Participate in daily interdisciplinary team meetings and care planning.

Respond to emergencies and manage dysrhythmias as necessary.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Minimum of 2 years of RN experience required.

Previous charge experience preferred.

Experience with patient ratios of 1 : 6.

Certifications : BLS required; ACLS and NIHSS preferred.

LTAC experience preferred.

Proficiency in Epic charting system required.
