Key Responsibilities

Analyze workflow reports to determine cases eligible for IDR Process

Manage daily operations, assign tasks, and monitor project timelines

Develop strategies for team members to achieve project goals and identify trends

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent required

Minimum of 2 years of Revenue Cycle Management experience

IDR experience preferred

Leadership experience preferred

Strong knowledge of the insurance industry and medical terminology
