Educates, trains, and mentors Clinical Technicians and Mental Health Technicians on aspects of safety incident reporting. Disseminates and delivers safety messaging as appropriate to the organization. Provides direct care to patients under the direct supervision of the Registered Nurse. Education : High School diploma or equivalent Experience : 2 years of relevant clinical work experience Certification : Basic Life Support Upon Start from the American Heart Association- Upon Start. Crisis Prevention Institute Within 3 Months Psychiatry, Mental Health and Behavioral Health background
Behavioral Health Safety Coach
Fairfax Hospital Medical Campus is looking for a dedicated Behavioral Health Safety Coach to join the team. This role will be full-time day shift (3 x 12-hour shifts, 7 : 00 am to 7 : 00 pm).
