24-Hour Beeper Call, 8 : 00am-8 : 00am, 30-minute response time

Call Ratio : 1 : 3

Specific Dates :

January : 1 / 14-1 / 15, 1 / 28-1 / 29, (7am-7am)

February : 2 / 10-2 / 12, 2 / 17-2 / 19, 2 / 27-2 / 28 (7am-7am)

March : 3 / 1-3 / 5, 3 / 17 (7am-7am)

Assignment Details / Requirements :

Looking for coverage during long-term permanent search

Willing to split coverage between providers

Privileging Timeline : 30-90 days for privileging with temporary privileges available for a faster start

Required Procedures : Full scope of general and advanced procedures

ERCP and EUS not required

Volume : 0-5 phone consults, 0-3 patients seen, 0-2 admissions

Requirements : Board Certification, MO license, BLS, ACLS, ATLS, PALS

Facility Information : Trauma level 3, 140 staffed beds, 39,000 annual ER visits

EMR : EPIC
