Role : Project Manager – Medical Device

Location : Irvine, CA

Duration : 6 months

What You’ll Do

Lead and coordinate the transfer of medical device manufacturing from Irvine, CA to Malaysia.

Develop and manage detailed project timelines using Microsoft Project.

Build and present business cases considering cost, risk, and resources.

Align cross-functional teams including Engineering, Quality, Regulatory, and Supply Chain.

Monitor and report on project milestones, budget, risks, and performance.

Deliver impactful presentations to leadership and stakeholders.

Facilitate clear communication and decision-making across teams.

What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical field.

5+ years project management experience in the medical device industry.

Experience leading technology or manufacturing transfers, preferably international.

Proficiency in Microsoft Project, PowerPoint, and Excel.

Strong financial skills for budgeting, cost tracking, and ROI analysis.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Knowledge of regulated environments (ISO 13485, FDA QSR).

PMP certification is a plus.
