A company is looking for a Senior Technical Program Manager to help define the future of support operations.
Key Responsibilities
Define and enact omnichannel support strategy, including live chat and phone support
Improve operational efficiency through systems configurations and tooling developments
Lead cross-functional support infrastructure projects and ensure alignment on objectives and deliverables
Required Qualifications
BS in a technical discipline or equivalent experience (5+ years in a technical role)
3+ years experience in a technology management role (TPM, product manager, program manager, or systems analyst)
4+ years working with support infrastructure and large-scale omnichannel customer support systems
Strong knowledge of CX principles and web privacy / security compliance (GDPR, CCPA)
Experience with collaboration and project management tools such as Jira and Agile methodology
