Coverage Assessment Officer In Global Financial Crimes - Strategy
We are seeking someone to join our team as a Coverage Assessment Officer in Global Financial Crimes - Strategy to serve as a Risk and Controls Assessment (RCA) lead. In the Legal & Compliance division, we assist the Firm in achieving its business objectives by facilitating and overseeing the Firm's management of legal, regulatory and franchise risk. This is a Vice President level position within the GFC Strategy Team. This individual will be responsible for owning and continuously enhancing the end-to-end RCA process related to AML Red Flags, transaction monitoring scenarios, and risk factor governance.

Where You'll Be Working : This role will require in office attendance 3 days / week. Two of those days will be Anchor Days where you will be in the office with your teammates to learn, grow, and collaborate in person.
Expected base pay rates for the role will be between 95000 and 165000 per year at the commencement of employment. However, base pay if hired will be determined on an individualized basis and is only part of the total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, incentive compensation, discretionary bonuses, other short and long-term incentive packages, and other Morgan Stanley sponsored benefit programs.
