Labor & Employment Attorney – Senior Associate or Counsel

Location : Los Angeles or San Francisco

Direct Counsel is seeking a Senior Associate or Counsel to join a leading national law firm’s Labor & Employment group in California.

About the Role :

The firm is seeking an attorney admitted to practice in California with at least six years of employment litigation experience. A strong background in wage / hour class actions is required. The ideal candidate will bring :

Strong academic credentials

Excellent writing and analytical skills

The ability to manage multiple assignments and produce high-quality work

A collaborative mindset with the willingness to work across offices

Compensation & Benefits :

Base salary range : $315,000 – $450,000 , depending on experience and location

Eligibility for productivity and discretionary bonuses
