Job Description

We are looking for a Finance Manager, Growth, to join the Growth FP&A team. Reporting to the VP of Growth Finance, you will be a key member of the finance team working to increase the company’s efficiency and profitability through planning, decision support and management reporting. This role will be a strategic partner to our Product, Marketing, and Sales Operations functions and will help drive financial insight, resource allocation, and performance optimization across the business.  You will play a critical role in budgeting, forecasting, and decision support to ensure our investments deliver strong returns and align with company goals.

Key Role & Responsibilities :

  • Act as a primary finance partner for Product, Marketing, and Sales ops leaders, providing data driven insights and financial guidance
  • Lead the development, review and presentation of business cases for new initiatives, investments, and strategic projects
  • Work with internal teams to support business decisions, review monthly results and identify the cause of any unexpected variances
  • Partner with controllership to reconcile financial data, ensure accuracy, and support
  • Develop and maintain Looker (or similar BI tools) dashboards and reports to monitor financial performance, KPI’s, and business trends
  • Advanced Excell skills & PowerPoint skills and the ability to analyze and visualize data effectively
  • Collaborate with FP&A team members to enhance total company reporting & develop FP&A maturity
  • Provide ad-hoc analysis as required

Qualifications

What you bring :

  • Desire to focus on the details and question financial analysis results
  • Excellent analytical, problem solving, and communication skills
  • Proficiency with Looker, Jedox, or similar BI tools
  • Advanced Excel skills; experience with SQL a plus
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles
  • Previous FP&A experience with supporting marketing, product, and creating business cases
  • Curious and self-starting attitude with ability to think fast and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Enjoy working in a team environment with the ability to work independently
  • Post-secondary degree in Finance, Accounting, or other relevant area from a recognized institution; a CPA, or working towards is an asset
  • 7-10 years of progressive professional experience in Finance related functions
  • Track record of delivering results in past roles
  • The salary range for this position is $135,000.00 - $150,000.00 USD. Exact salary offered will be dependent on multiple factors including level of experience, job-related knowledge, skills, work location, etc. In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for a variable bonus.

    We also offer a flexible hybrid working model where employees typically work 1-2 days from our San Francisco office.
