Mendoza Immigration is seeking an Associate Immigration Attorney to join our team.

We seek a proactive Immigration Attorney to support a diverse caseload and deliver exceptional client service. You will draft and file petitions, advocate at hearings and interviews, counsel clients on strategy, and supervise paralegals. You will collaborate with colleagues to refine firm processes and lead internal trainings on emerging issues - as well as :

• Research statutes, regulations, and case law to support client strategies
• Consult with clients regarding Adjustment of Status, Citizenship / Naturalization, waivers (I-601a, I-601, I-212), U-visas, VAWA petitions, Asylum, motions, briefs, appeals, SIJS, and more - Family Based and Removal focus.
• Represent clients at USCIS interviews, consular processing, immigration courts, and federal courts
• Advise clients on eligibility, timelines, and risk management across all practice areas
• Supervise paralegals in evidence gathering, document preparation, and case intake
• Track changes in law and policy; design and deliver team trainings
• Maintain organized case files in Harmony Legal, Microsoft Office, Adobe, and Google Workspace
• Communicate clearly with clients in English and Spanish

Pay : $95,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
