Knowledge of computer systems and multi-line phone operations. Willingness to work various shifts, including holidays, weekends, and overtime. Competitive wages. Job Responsibilities
- Receive and efficiently direct all incoming calls, including emergency assistance requests.
- Transmit and receive radio communications with Deputies in the field.
- Accurately record telephone calls and radio traffic.
- Dispatch EMS squads and county fire departments as needed.
- Monitor alarms, security cameras, fire systems, door security, and other safety systems.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records.
