Job Responsibilities
- Receive and efficiently direct all incoming calls, including emergency assistance requests.
- Transmit and receive radio communications with Deputies in the field.
- Accurately record telephone calls and radio traffic.
- Dispatch EMS squads and county fire departments as needed.
- Monitor alarms, security cameras, fire systems, door security, and other safety systems.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records.
Training
On-the-job training provided.Requirements
Proficiency in operating radio transmitting and receiving equipment.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Ability to gather, organize, and classify information effectively.Sound judgment and ability to remain calm in high-pressure situations.Knowledge of computer systems and multi-line phone operations.Willingness to work various shifts, including holidays, weekends, and overtime.Benefits

No felony convictions.High School Diploma or equivalent.Valid Ohio Drivers License or State ID.Must pass an extensive background investigation, including but not limited to :Monitoring of social media accounts.
