Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Assist with quoting new and renewal business. Collaborate with a team of experienced professionals to ensure client satisfaction. Utilize agency management software to maintain accurate records and streamline processes. Participate in team activities and contribute to a positive office culture. Licenses : Property & Casualty (P&C) license required. Experience : 1-2 years of experience in a similar role preferred, but candidates with a strong desire to learn and grow in the insurance industry are encouraged to apply. Technical Skills : Familiarity with TAM or AMS360 software is a plus. Soft Skills : Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Proactive and eager to learn. Commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
