About the Role :

The Assistant Branch Manager (ABM) plays a key role in supporting the Branch Manager to ensure smooth branch operations, achieve business objectives, and deliver excellent customer service. This position focuses on team leadership, operational excellence, safety, financial performance, and strategic growth.

Key Responsibilities :

• Operations & Safety : Maintain branch standards, compliance with OSHA regulations, and proper inventory management.
• Team Leadership : Recruit, coach, and develop a high-performing team while fostering a positive, motivating work environment.
• Financial Performance : Support growth through vendor and customer relationships, pricing strategies, and achieving key metrics like EBITDA and ROI.
• Business Planning : Collaborate on strategies, track progress, and stay informed on industry trends to drive branch success.
• Customer Focus & Sales : Promote exceptional customer service, resolve complaints, and assist with sales strategy development.
• Communication & Collaboration : Build strong cross-functional relationships and effectively communicate progress, issues, and new initiatives.
