We’re hiring a Program Manager II - Digital Advertising for our Corporate HQ in Columbia, MO and we’re looking for someone who’s ready to grow with us, bring energy and drive to their work, and help us build the future of construction. The Program Manager II - Digital Advertising is responsible for digital marketing, including executing digital campaigns, creating marketing campaigns, assisting with landing pages, co-op marketing, tracking results, working with the corporate team, managing Google Business Profiles, updating website pages, researching trends, and assisting with other duties.
Primary Responsibilities
Execute digital campaigns with business goals aligned with the company’s vision.
Lead the strategy, development, and hands-on execution of all Google Ads campaigns to drive performance goals.
Create effective marketing campaigns that meet company KPIs.
Assist in creation of landing pages.
Look for ways to co-op digital marketing with OEMs.
Track results of campaigns and make recommendations for improvement.
Work closely with the corporate digital marketing team..
Assist with managing all Google Business Profiles.
Update location pages on the website.
Research and keep up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends.
Assist with other marketing duties as assigned.

Skills & Qualifications
Must be flexible, collaborative and self-motivated individual
Hands-on experience with Google Ads campaign management, from strategy to execution.
Must be detail oriented
Superior time management
Graphic design skills a plus
Project management experience a plus
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
Adaptable to the fast pace of a growing company and stay continuously educated on the latest EquipmentShare products and services
Education and Experience
Associates or Bachelors in Marketing, Communications or Business Marketing preferred
At least 1-2 years of digital marketing experience preferred (equipment experience is a plus)
Physical Requirements
Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
