This role is part of Blue Origin Operations, which includes Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Facilities, Security, and Safety, Quality, and Mission Assurance. It supports manufacturing and supply chain activities across all Blue Origin facilities.

The position is within the Blue Origin Factory Automation Team, part of Operations Automation, Tooling, and Maintenance.

Responsibilities :

• Support installation and integration of new automated equipment into Blue's manufacturing ecosystem.
• Coordinate with maintenance teams to respond to equipment issues.
• Manage the Automation shop, including inventory, kitting, and 5S practices.
• Perform mechanical and electrical assembly and fabrication.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and modify electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and safety control systems.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and modify PLC, Vision, and Robot programs.
• Identify and escalate automation continuous improvement opportunities.
