Responsibilities

  • Intake and coordinate staffing requirements with business leaders for client engagements
  • Own and manage project staffing by aligning project requirements with employee skillsets
  • Build strong relationships with employees to understand their skills and development interests
  • Prepare and distribute utilization and forecasting analyses on a regular basis
  • Participate in the Resource Management team to drive continual process improvement

    • Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum of 3 years of related experience in resource management, HR, talent acquisition, or staffing
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to develop trust and confidence quickly
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a strong analytical mindset

    • Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in professional services is strongly preferred
  • Familiarity with tools such as PowerBI, Visio, Smartsheets, and SharePoint
  • Experience with Workday is a plus
  • Ability to think critically and resolve problems with creative solutions
  • Interest in working in a dynamic setting with time-sensitive priorities
