The Hematology / Oncology Physician will provide care for patients in Michigan from January to June 2025. This position requires board certification in Hematology and Oncology, a Michigan license, and involves managing approximately 15 patient visits daily, with a rotating call schedule. Support staff will assist in delivering comprehensive patient care, including an RN, APRN, phlebotomist, and social worker, among others.

Hematology / Oncology Physician Locums Job in Michigan January-June 2025

Schedule needed :

Schedule : 5 days / week

Start Date : 1 / 1 / 2025 with one day of orientation prior to start

Duration of assignment : 6 months expected

Shift times : 8am-4 : 30pm then night call 5pm-8am

Details / Requirements :

Board Certification in Hematology and Oncology

Michigan license required or IMLC (LOQ in hand)

BLS & case logs required 24 patients related to Hematology in 12mo

No surgical or procedures required

EMR : EPIC

Support Staff : Direct to MD - Clinic RN, APRN Other staff include : phlebotomist, Infusion RNs, Social Worker, RN Navigator, Phone triage / authorization team, etc.

Rotating weekly call and consultation rounding. Rounding between providers in clinic.
