LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to join our client in Sycamore, IL. The direct hire opportunity is fully onsite.

The Maintenance Manager will be responsible for supervising and training team members, developing the TPM program and providing regular status reports, managing facilities maintenance, implementing continuous improvement initiatives and ensuring health and safety compliance. This role requires Class K certification, 5+ years of industrial maintenance and TPM experience and progressive supervisory experience.

Responsibilities :

• Supervise maintenance technicians
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives
• Develop and manage preventative and predictive maintenance program to improve efficiencies, and regularly provide status reports
• Manage facilities maintenance
• Coordinate and supervise all facility contractors
• Lead special projects to enhance safety
• Ensure health, safety and environmental compliance
• Train and develop team members

Qualifications :

Pay Details : $120,000.00 to $150,000.00 per year
