Total Rewards Coordinator
As a key player in our Total Rewards team, the Total Rewards Coordinator brings energy and precision to the development and delivery of compensation, benefits, and wellbeing programs that truly make a difference. Support benefits enrollment, vendor coordination, and communications related to health, wellness, and retirement plans.
Lead communication efforts in partnership with the Benefits & Wellbeing Manager, as well as Marketing & Communications. Know and understand click rates / success metrics.
Assist in the administration of compensation programs, including salary surveys, benchmarking, and pay structure maintenance.
Maintain accurate records of total rewards data and generate reports for as needed.
Coordinate outfitter events such as wellbeing days, benefits fair, farmers market, and other programs and events to promote engagement and appreciation.
Respond to outfitter inquiries regarding compensation and benefits with professionalism and confidentiality.
Collaborate with payroll and HRIS teams to ensure data integrity and timely processing.
Stay informed about market trends, legal updates, and best practices in total rewards.
Minimum Degree Required : High School Diploma or Equivalent
Preferred Degree : Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or applicable field
Years of experience : Prefer 1-3 years of experience in HR, compensation or benefits administration.
Must be able to use Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and HRIS systems (preferably Workday)
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Must be able to write creatively and prepare ongoing communications.
Must be able to work independently and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Regularly walks, sits, and does computer work.
Occasionally stands.
Seldom / Never lifts up to 50 lbs.
Performs tasks and duties under direct supervision, using well-defined policies and procedures. Work is reviewed by supervisor. Limited opportunity exists for exercising independent judgment and decision making.
