Senior Business Analyst - ISE Analytics (Atlanta)

Position Purpose :

The Senior Analyst position assists in the development of analytics to support Merchandising Services business objectives. The role works cross-functionally with the business partners from to design and implement analytical solutions and reporting capabilities. This role has responsibility for creating analytics, translating business questions to actionable insights, supporting ongoing analytical needs, designing new analytical tools, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high quality analytical solutions for The Home Depot. This role is expected to leverage effective communication skills to translate complex analyses into understandable insights, with a passion to learn and develop.

Key Responsibilities :

• 50% Lead all phases of a project's life cycle including defining the business need, establishing criteria and business requirements, understanding the impact to the business and designing and rolling out the project
• 25% Serve as a subject matter expert and perform research and / or analysis within assigned projects or category of business
• 25% Establish and report on metrics of assigned projects or categories to gauge business value
