The Position

The Manufacturing Manager will work in the Plant Operations Group. They will supervise, train, and develop a team of Production Chemists / Technicians and be responsible for delivering non-GMP and GMP batches of drug substance for clinical, commercial, and toxicology needs.

Responsibilities

• Track progress against project timelines, generate regular status updates, and communicate progress and issues to management, including presentations at team meetings
• Organize and lead a team of scientists in the implementation of new processes in a GMP environment
• Recruit, train, and mentor team members
• Oversee / guide writing of SOPs, WIs, and batch records
• Provide technical oversight during production, and suggest solutions for issues as they occur
• Collaborate with planning and program management to ensure schedule adherence
• Assist with manufacturing and other duties as necessary

Wisconsin pay range : $110,000—$125,000 USD

Location : Verona, WI
