A company is looking for a Service Engineer 5 to join their team as a Service Design Lead within a Delivery Center.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and implement standardized delivery services and processes for Customer Success Account Managers (CSAMs)
Analyze business requirements and create solutions using AI, automation, and vendor-led service delivery
Develop technical documentation to support service deployment and maintenance
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 10 years of experience in process design, service development, or related fields
Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related technical discipline
Experience with methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, or CMMI is preferred
Proficiency with Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, and service management tools like ServiceNow
