OP Family Med | 25 minutes to Fargo | 300K Never-Ending Base | 150K Sign On | MN

Physician Owned Multi-specialty Group aligned with the community's local hospital has an acute need for an additional BC / BE Family Medicine physician to join two clinic facilities. This is a full-time position with strong earnings potential and quality-of-life benefits.

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive Family Medicine care as a member of a two-physician team at two clinic locations (one about 25 minutes from Fargo, ND; one near Alexandria, MN).
  • Manage a patient panel with a typical workflow emphasizing work-life balance (4-day week, 10-12 patients per day).
  • Collaborate to incorporate subspecialty interests and potential ED shifts to maintain skills and supplement income.

Qualifications

  • Board-certified or board-eligible in Family Medicine (BC / BE).
  • Eligible for J1 visa (2027s available).

    • Compensation & Benefits

  • 300K base compensation with potential to exceed 400K with productivity bonuses.
  • 150K Sign-On Bonus.
