Key Responsibilities
Configure and support ServiceNow functionalities, including workshops and demos
Advise on best practices and assist in developing user stories
Utilize expertise in Automated Test Framework (ATF) for project implementation
Required Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of experience with ServiceNow
Proficiency in Automated Test Framework (ATF) is essential
ServiceNow certifications : CSA, CAD, and CIS (2 or more required)
Experience in consultancy or client-facing roles
Availability for part-time hours (around 25 hours per week)
