Salary : $65,000.00-$75,000.00 per year

Responsibilities

As Restaurant General Manager you're responsible for the success of your restaurant. After six weeks paid Fazoli's management training you'll take the wheel and lead the restaurant. Staffing training and development of your team are yours. Developing a winning team and ensuring profitability and 100% guest satisfaction will come easily to you after gaining the skills and support from your training.

As Assistant General Manager, you'll work closely with the Restaurant General Manager towards goal achievement at your restaurant. With success under your belt you'll be on your way to becoming a Fazoli's Restaurant General Manager yourself.

Qualifications

• 2 + years previous experience in a management role of a similar business
• Demonstrable
• Passion for the restaurant and customer service industry
• Proven leadership and excellent communication skills
