Customer Service Representative (Csr) Full Time | Temp-To-Hire | Competitive Pay & Benefits

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a customer service representative (csr). The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing friendly and professional assistance via phone, email, and in-person. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for helping others. The csr will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including processing orders, answering questions, resolving issues, and providing general support to our sales and operations teams.

qualifications :

• high school diploma or equivalent
• minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or administrative role.
• excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• strong computer skills, including proficiency with microsoft office suite (word, excel, outlook).
• experience with crm software and / or order management systems is a plus.
• ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
• positive attitude, a strong work ethic, and a team-oriented mindset.
• knowledge of the construction or metal building industry is a bonus but not required.
• at least 18 years old and can provide proof of eligibility to work in the united states
• willing to submit to a pre-employment background check and / or drug screen
• able to commute 30 miles outside of bloomington m-f
