We are hiring a Technical Services Operations Center Administrator to join our team in Longmont, CO.

Responsibilities :

• Monitor and troubleshooting the entire IT stack (data center, network, storage, servers, and applications / services) and communicating issues and the overall status to all relevant personnel.
• Perform a variety of tasks including system and application monitoring, ticketing and incident resolution.
• Work directly with various technical support teams to monitor, escalate events, and manage incidents and alarm thresholds.
