A company is looking for a Help Desk Technician (Hybrid).
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the first point of contact for end users seeking technical support via phone, email, and chat
Document issues accurately and create or update help desk tickets
Perform basic remote troubleshooting and recommend process improvements
Required Qualifications
1+ years of experience in technical support or help desk environments
Basic knowledge of Windows 7-11 troubleshooting and peripheral device setup
Experience supporting Microsoft 365 and MS Office applications
Familiarity with VPN configuration and general network troubleshooting
Basic Active Directory knowledge (user management, password resets, etc.)
