Help Desk Tier II (DHA)
Location : Falls Church, VA
Salary : From $64,000 per year
Must-Have Qualifications :
- Active DoD Secret or Level 3 clearance
- Experienced Help Desk Tier II professional
- 4+ years of enterprise-level IT support experience
- Knowledge of Windows 7 / 10 and MS Office suite, especially Windows 10 environment
- Workstation administration and management skills
- Experience with IT ticketing systems (Remedy, Heat), VPNs, remote tools, VMware, Office 13, Exchange, Active Directory, and laptop technologies (preferred)
- Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport with clients
- Active Security+CE or higher IAT certification
- Bachelor's Degree or 4+ years related IT experience
Responsibilities :
Interact daily with clients, including high-level government employeesRepresent the company professionally in all client engagementsAddress hardware, software, or connection issuesSupport desktop / laptop users and troubleshoot software like Microsoft, Adobe, Roxio, etc.Educate and train customers to resolve issuesManage backup, recovery, and data restoration proceduresProvide phone and in-person support for email, LAN / WAN, user accounts, Active Directory, desktop images, and applicationsDocument incidents and work orders with detailed steps and resolutionsServe as the first point of contact for troubleshooting IT problemsQuadrant is an affirmative action / equal opportunity employer.
