About The Role
Transmit Security is seeking a motivated Campaign Manager to drive end-to-end campaign strategy. In this critical role, you'll own the complete campaign lifecycle, from strategy to execution and measurement, with a focus on driving awareness, engagement, and, ultimately, pipeline growth.
What You'll Do
Campaign Strategy & Execution
- Lead the complete campaign lifecycle, from initial planning through execution, measurement, and continuous optimization
- Define campaign narrative, target audiences, and success metrics
Drive Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner closely with content and product marketing, regional and global field marketing, creative and digital marketing, sales and channel teams, product management teams and moreBuild strong relationships and influence stakeholders across the organizationCreate & Manage Campaign Content
Develop and oversee creation of campaign assets, working with both internal teams and external resourcesWrite compelling campaign copy while leveraging existing messaging frameworks and positioning documentsEnsure content consistency and quality across all campaign touchpointsExecute Multi-Channel Campaigns
Launch and manage campaigns across multiple channels, including content syndication, paid and organic digital, email, direct mail, webinars, demo's blogs, as well as sales and BDR channels etc as needed.Continuously monitor performance metrics and optimize campaigns for maximum impact and ROIDeliver Data-Driven Insights
Track key performance indicators (KPIs) for all campaignsProvide regular, actionable insights and recommendations to leadership and stakeholdersRequired Qualifications :
3 plus years of B2B marketing experience in integrated campaigns and / or account-based marketing.Proven track record of successful end-to-end campaign management and optimizationStrong problem-solving abilities with experience finding creative solutions within operational constraintsExcellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills, with demonstrated ability to build trust and influence stakeholdersNatural curiosity about people, products, processes, and technologies, with the ability to ask insightful questions to uncover key insightsData-driven mindset with experience interpreting information to make smart business decisionsHands-on experience with marketing technologies including Salesforce, Hubspot, Zoominfo, Sendoso, LinkedIn, ChatGPT,Bias for action and willingness to experiment with new approaches, tactics, and channelsPreferred Qualifications :
Experience marketing for cloud services providers or cybersecurity companiesBackground marketing to IT, security, or other technical buyer personasExperience designing and executing account-based marketing (ABM) programs and campaignsThe OTE salary range for this position is $110,000 to $140,000.
