Strong background in data warehousing and reporting systems. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Proficient in writing both business and technical specifications. Experience in a manufacturing environment, supporting Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations. Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration or a related field (or equivalent experience). Experience with Microsoft Dynamics and Business Intelligence tools. Strong understanding of relational databases and enterprise software applications. Exceptional communication skills—both written and verbal. Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams. Highly analytical, creative, and solutions-oriented. Proactive, self-motivated, and results-driven. Travel Requirements Minimal; primarily onsite. This position is based in Rohnert Park, CA. 30 – 5 : 00 pm. This is a hybrid role offering the flexibility to occasionally work remotely. Expected in-offices days are Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. Subject to change. Remote candidates will not be considered for this role. SUMMARY The Sr.
Manager of Enterprise Systems plays a critical leadership role in shaping and managing the company’s enterprise systems strategy.
This individual will serve as a key liaison between IT and business functions, ensuring that technology solutions align with organizational goals and deliver measurable value.
This role involves defining functional requirements, managing cross-functional teams, and overseeing multiple concurrent projects to ensure they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
The ideal candidate is both a strategic thinker and a hands-on leader, capable of driving innovation while maintaining operational excellence.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Own and manage the enterprise application portfolio, including ERP and business intelligence platforms.
Lead cross-functional collaboration with business stakeholders, subject matter experts, and technical teams to translate business needs into scalable solutions.
Drive the strategic rollout of artificial intelligence (AI) initiatives across the organization, identifying high-impact use cases, aligning with business goals, and ensuring successful implementation and adoption.
Serve as the lead for all technology initiatives involving Business Intelligence, Analytics, and Reporting.
Identify opportunities to enhance data accessibility and empower business users through self-service analytics.
Document business requirements, workflows, and solution designs; facilitate decision-making and ensure alignment across teams.
Oversee the full project lifecycle—from planning and execution to training and post-implementation support.
Maintain and optimize the ERP system to ensure it meets evolving business needs.
Set priorities and manage a team of four direct reports, fostering a high-performance culture.
Provide training and support to end-users to maximize system utilization and effectiveness.
Manage vendor relationships, including performance monitoring, and ensure alignment with business and technical requirements.
SUPERVISORY / BUDGET Supervision of 4 direct reports :
- Business Systems Analyst, Power BI Developer, Systems Analyst, Systems Analyst II Responsible for managing project budgets in alignment with departmental goals.
