• Excellent customer service

Description :

Mixed acuity unit PCU / MS / Tele.

Bed Side Shift Reporting (BSSR), utilization of AIDET, and hourly rounding are required.

Candidates will float within the facility as needed.

Expectations include great customer service and phone etiquette.

This is a Primary Stroke Center and Level II Trauma Center.

Management of antibiotic therapy, anticoagulation therapy, and various medical devices is required.

Skills in wound care and interpreting arterial blood gases are needed.

Patient diagnoses include CVA, TIA, brain tumors, and multi-level trauma.

Special procedures include management of tracheostomies, feeding tubes, and video EEG.

Equipment used includes ventilators, IV pumps, and other critical care devices.

Understanding of cardiac drips and management of dysrhythmias is essential.

Communication and teamwork with interdisciplinary support are vital for patient care.
