Key Responsibilities
Paid Influencer Strategy & Activation :
- Architect and execute high-performance paid influencer campaigns across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms that drive awareness, consideration, and conversion for Verizon products and services
- Transform Verizon marketing objectives into creator-led paid media strategies that breakthrough in an oversaturated digital landscape
- Lead influencer media buying, negotiation, and contract management to maximize performance and budget efficiency
- Partner with the company's Marketing and Communications teams to integrate paid influencer activations into broader paid, earned, owned, and shared campaign strategies and tentpole moments
Campaign Execution & Project Management :
Lead end-to-end paid influencer campaign execution from strategy through reporting, moving at the necessary speedDevelop detailed project plans with clear milestones, deliverables, and accountability across fast-moving campaign timelinesCoordinate seamlessly with creative, strategy, media, and account teams to ensure integrated execution and brand consistencyManage creator relationships throughout paid partnerships, ensuring deliverables meet brand standards and contractual obligationsImplement quality control processes that maintain Verizon's brand integrity across all paid influencer contentAnalytics, Measurement & Insights :
Leverage influencer marketing platforms and analytics tools to monitor real-time performance and optimize campaigns in-flightDeliver comprehensive takeaways based on performance with actionable insights that demonstrate ROI and inform future strategyTranslate complex performance data into clear, compelling narratives for client presentations and strategic recommendationsStay ahead of platform algorithm changes, emerging metrics, and industry best practices to continuously elevate measurement approachesTeam Leadership & Development :

Own and manage substantial paid influencer budgets, ensuring optimal allocation across campaigns, platforms, and creator partnershipsOversee payment of influencers, leveraging payment system, releasing payment according to contracts and completion of servicesManage comprehensive budget tracking systems with real-time visibility into spend, pacing, and performance against KPIsNegotiate creator rates and partnership terms that deliver strong ROI while maintaining authentic brand alignmentWhat We're Looking For
Required Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or related field5-7 years of experience developing and executing paid influencer marketing campaigns, preferably within agency or large brand environmentsProven track record managing significant paid influencer budgets ($500K+ annually) with demonstrated ROIDeep expertise in paid influencer activations across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and emerging social platformsExperience in consumer brand marketing with strong preference for technology, telecommunications, or consumer electronics sectorsAdvanced proficiency with influencer marketing platforms (CreatorIQ, Traackr, AspireIQ, Klear, or similar)Strong analytical skills with experience building measurement frameworks and performance dashboardsDemonstrated ability to lead and develop teams of 3-5 professionalsExceptional project management skills with proven ability to execute multiple complex campaigns simultaneously under tight deadlinesExpert negotiation skills for creator contracts, partnership terms, and budget optimizationOutstanding client communication and presentation abilities with experience presenting to senior marketing leadershipProficiency with Google Workspace, project management tools (Asana, Smartsheet, Airtable), and media analytics platformsPreferred Qualifications :
