Qualifications :

High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred

Experience supporting students with diverse learning needs is preferred

Responsibilities :

Assist with classroom instruction under the supervision of a teacher

Provide one-on-one or small group academic support

Reinforce classroom expectations and positive behavioral strategies

Monitor student participation and engagement

Help prepare instructional materials and maintain organization

Supervise students during transitions and non-classroom activities
