job_description.job_card.job_descriptionDeliver customer service by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and responding to emergencies as appropriate. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner within the retail location. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the premises and perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity. Observe and report any unusual or suspicious activity encountered during patrols within the retail environment. Work collaboratively with store associates and management to support a secure and welcoming environment for all patrons. Availability across various days and shifts Reliability and ability to adapt to different post assignments A desire to gain broad experience and grow within the company Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Job Description
As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will help to deter security-related incidents by conducting regular patrols and remaining highly visible in a dynamic retail environment. Your presence will help to foster a welcoming atmosphere for guests and staff. This position is a driving post, requiring you to navigate the location and respond quickly when needed. You will be an essential part of our team, delivering outstanding customer service and representing our core values of reliability, teamwork, and integrity every day.

Pay Rate : $17.00 / Hour
Job Schedule : Day Time
Tue 11 : 00 AM - 11 : 00 PM
Wed 11 : 00 AM - 11 : 00 PM
Thur 11 : 00 AM - 11 : 00 PM
What You'll Do
- Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
- Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
- Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
- Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
- Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
