The Team

The A&M Restructuring Tax Services (RTS) team specializes in advising on non-routine tax matters related to bankruptcy and out-of-court restructurings, helping distressed companies manage tax issues and optimize tax assets.

How You Will Contribute

• Support advising public and private companies on restructuring tax issues such as CODI, debt modifications, and tax modeling
• Conduct research on tax and bankruptcy regulations
• Prepare summaries of financial data and build financial models
• Engage in client discussions and support business development
