Recruiting Account Specialist

Recruiting Account Specialist reports to Director of Talent Acquisition. Location : Omaha, NE. Compensation : $45k - $70k, Exempt, based on experience.

Office Hours : Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm. Travel : 25-50% of the time.

Positions Summary

The Signal Talent Acquisition and Recruiting (STAR) Recruiting Account Specialist is responsible for managing franchise accounts from start to finish inside our Hiring Platform. This could include launching new accounts, setting up and maintaining onboarding forms, as well as training and assisting in the hiring process. STAR is a Franchise support service that delivers a high quality, branded experience to candidates.

Roles

• Responsible for the full account management of client accounts within the STAR Department
• Provide an exceptional brand experience to all candidates, clients, and other stakeholders; ensure all candidates fully understand the Signal Security hiring process, the role they applied for, the organization, and their value to the brand
• Assist in the implementation and training for new client accounts to ensure they are successfully utilizing the platform and the tools provided
• Manage and help accounts with their full cycle recruiting within the STAR process as needed
• Establishes and maintains strong relationships with clients to ensures STAR is providing ongoing value
• Assist in the implementation of new client accounts
• Continually gathers feedback and reviews processes to identify platform and program improvements
• Assist with the maintenance of all STAR materials and resources
• Research regional recruiting trends and HR best practices and communicates the information through individual client coaching, internal social media posts, and other training opportunities as needed
• Assist with hands-on training in the market. Able to apply and teach strategic concepts at the franchise level.
